What is it?
The Leadership Alignment Program is not about changing the direction of your company; it’s resetting your company around your vision and direction.
We'll start our process by clearly understanding your business objectives and thoroughly evaluating your team's engagement and deployment. This step is crucial in order for us to tailor our strategies in building a customized training roadmap that will effectively support their holistic development. To optimize your team's productivity and efficiency, we will seamlessly integrate effective time management tools into their day-to-day operations. Moreover, in order to foster continuous alignment, we will establish and nurture a rhythm of well-structured meetings that will ensure open communication and synchronized efforts.
Once the initial groundwork is set, our support won't end there. I firmly believe in the power of ongoing guidance and mentorship. That's why we will maintain a leadership performance coaching relationship with you, designed to assist and empower you in the implementation of your plan over the months to come.

What to expect

1. Engage
First, you’ll receive an agreement and invoice. Upon your first payment, your assessment begins.

2. Gather Info
You’ll submit some basic information about your team and business. This shouldn’t take more than 1-2 hours to complete. I will also send out the employee engagement assessment to your team.

2. Schedule
We will map out your schedule for planning meetings, workshops, and training events.

A typical engagement is 1-3 months.

Up to six months of executive leadership coaching. This includes sessions for the owner and up to 4 key leaders within the company.

The owner or someone in an HR-type role gathers materials for roughly two hours.
Key employes each answer a survey and complete a personality profile, each requiring about thirty minutes.
Selected managers and key employees participate for several hours based on their roles.

$10,000 for small businesses of up to twenty employees.
Leadership Performance Coaching for ongoing implementation coaching starts at $6,000 for a six month engagement.

Paid via wire, ACH, check, or credit card (+3%) in two payments of $5,000. The first payment to begin the engagement, and the second paid 30 days later. A 10% discount is available if full payment is made upfront. All payments are non-refundable.
