What to Expect

  • Step 1. Paperwork

    Once you’re ready to begin, you’ll receive an agreement and an invoice.

  • Step 2. Assessment

    We will assess your current employees engagent and organizational structure.

  • Step 3. Results

    We will outline an implementation plan to ensure the work you’ve done continues to improve employee performance over the next 12 months.

Logistics

  • Remote

  • 1-3 months. Assessment can be initiated within 2 weeks depending on the time of year.

  • Owner participation in workshops and training events. An understanding and agreement that a number of the survey results will be anonymized to maintain data integrity.

  • $8,400 fee

  • Prepaid and non-refundable. Paid via wire, ACH, check, or credit card (+3%).
